3N Hydrogen Chloride Gas (HCl Gas)
General Introduce
The ultra-high purity of hydrogen chloride is mainly applied in the electronic industry. It facilitates the growth of epitaxial films of silicon, germanium, and III-V materials. It is also used to remove surface oxides and etch metallic thin films.
Additionally, HCl gas can be used in the pharmaceutical, food, metal, and water treatment industries. It is also utilized in the oil and gas industry and mineral processing.
Characteristics
Colorless, liquefied gas with pungent odor, toxic, irritating, suffocating, non-flammable gas; highly hygroscopic, it absorbs moisture from the air and forms hydrochloric acid, which is highly corrosive; stored in packaging as liquefied gas, with a constant pressure (3-6 MPa) that is dependent on the temperature.
