HYTF is one developer and producer of gases and chemicals supplies to semiconductor, display, eco-friendly energy industries,as well as pharmaceutical industry, from mainland China. 

Currently HYTF has the capacity of high purity hydrogen chloride gas 500 MT/year. 

With the planned new construction, the hydrogen chloride gas capacity should increase to 2500 MT/year starting from Q2 2024. 

The construction also includes one set of high purity chlorine gas and high purity hydrochloric acid. The supply of Cl2 gas is expected to start from Q1 2024.

Started by Prof. Zhang Jirui in 1999, the co-founding team of HYTF consisted of university colleagues and engineers from Prof. Zhang's research team, specializing in purification and rectification.

HYTF received recognition from the China Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology for building the first electronic grade hydrogen chloride mass production plant in China, filling the domestic production gap for ultra-high purity electronic grade hydrogen chloride.

With over 20 years of experience in electronic grade gas supply and a strong belief in the stable development of the company in the electronic grade chemical industry, HYTF chose to strategically cooperate with Levima - a rising advanced material company with great experience in product management and chemical plant operation since 2022.
